Drizzle 1 side of sourdough with half of the olive oil, season with salt & pepper, then side
In a large sauté pan over high heat sear kale till lightly charred on some edges. Remove from pan and add blueberries, turn heat down to medium and cook till they begin to burst. Remove from heat.
Lay 2 pieces of bread, olive oil side down, add brie, spoon over cooked blueberries & top with charred kale. Top with remaining bread and cook 3-4 minutes on each side in a nonstick pan. Let cool slightly before cutting in half and serving.
