Roasted Brussels Sprouts w/ Maple & Cashews
Ingredients
  • 1/2 Lbs Brussels Sprouts
  • 1/4 Cup Westborn Market Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Westborn Market Herbed Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Salted Cashews
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400*

To prepare sprouts, remove the outer yellow leaves, cut off the stem and cut the sprouts in half.

In a large bowl, toss sprouts, olive oil, and seasoning. Spread out on a parchment lined sheet tray.

Roast for 20-30 minutes, stir with spatula, scatter cashews and drizzle maple syrup. Roast for an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and platter.
