Delivery Policy
Thank you for your order! To keep your products fresh and in perfect condition, someone must be at the residence or business to accept and sign for the delivery. Deliveries are made within a 1-2 hour window before or after your selected time.
We produce high-quality flower arrangements, gift baskets, trays, and gift boxes, all of which need to be properly transported, received, and stored to maintain their integrity. They cannot be left at any location and exposed to the environment so we cannot leave them unattended outside.
If no one is available to receive the order:
- Floral orders: All floral arrangements are prepared in our Berkley store and will be returned there for pickup.
- All other orders:These will be returned to the same Westborn Market location that originally sent them.
Customers can pick up their order within 24 hours, or request a re-delivery for an additional delivery fee. Both you and your recipient will be notified if an order is waiting at one of our locations.
