Rinse Ahi Tuna Steaks and pat dry, then place into a ziploc bag.
In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and saly & pepper until combined. Pour over Ahi Tuna Steaks and let marinade for 2-3 hours.
Preheat grill or pan, making sure to oil the grate to prevent sticking. Grill for 2 minutes per side for rare. If you prefer Ahi with a cooked center, add 2 more minutes per side.
