Raw Oysters With Charred Pineapple & Cilantro Mignonette
Ingredients
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Slice of Fresh Pineapple
  • 1/2 Cup White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Fresh Poblano Pepper
  • 1 tsp Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 tsp black pepper, freshly cracked
Instructions

Char 1 slice of fresh pineapple on the grill or broiler and chop finely.

Finely dice your shallot, fresh poblano pepper , and fresh cilantro.

Mix together your chopped ingredients then add vinegar and freshly cracked black pepper to a small bowl.

Top your raw oysters with the sauce and enjoy!
