Ingredients
- 3 Heads baby romaine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 package small tomatoes
- 3oz buttermilk blue cheese
- 6 strips thick cut crispy bacon
- 1/4 cup chives
- Dressing Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 5.3oz plain yogurt cup
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Westborn pub mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 5oz crumbled buttermilk blue cheese
Instructions
Make Dressing:
Add all the ingredients into a mason jar. Put the lid on and shake. Let sit for at least 1 hour.
Cut romaine in half. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Grill romaine cut side down on high heat for 2-3 min or until they begin to char.
Build salad by layering romaine, dressing, bacon, halved tomatoes, and chives.
