Free-range Bowman & Landes Farm Fresh Turkey! Our traditionally crafted mixture of seasonings will make your holiday unforgettable. The meal includes a 12-16lb turkey along with green bean casserole (crisp farm-fresh green beans topped with buttery + crunchy breadcrumbs, shitake mushrooms & golden onions mixed perfectly in a creamy mushroom sauce), mashed potatoes (yukon potatoes whipped with butter and cream make these mashed potatoes a delicious staple for every holiday!), turkey & rosemary gravy, brioche & chestnut stuffing (brioche, toasted chestnuts, sage pork sausage, & rosemary custard), orange-cranberry sauce (Michigan cranberries, orange zest, & juice), rosemary brioche dinner rolls, and of course pumpkin pie (Chantilly cream & roasted spiced pumpkin). Please select November 26 or 27 for pick up.
