Job Description

This position will require strong management skills paired with market experience to lead a strong, successful produce team. In this position you will be required to perform a variety of duties in the produce department while assisting guests and team members to create a successful produce department. This position will be a part time closing position, shifts will be scheduled for Thursday, Friday, & Saturdays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Successfully delegates duties and responsibilities to team members 
Demonstrates the ability to mentor others
Communicates clearly and effectively 
Stocks and rotates produce
Maintains current knowledge of product
Provides excellent customer service
Coordinates breaks based on employee schedules
Has experience in using bailers, hand-jacks, and hi-lo's
Maintains work areas in a sanitized and orderly manner in compliance with state health and safety regulations and has food safety knowledge
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Ability to write legibly and read with comprehension at a level where it applies to this position
Strong ability to work with others as well as being self motivated
Ability to monitor and maintain quality control standards
