Job Description

This position will require processing monetary transactions for customers with speed and efficiency. You will be expected to provide professional and efficient service to customers while demonstrating a high level of product knowledge. This position will be primarily scheduled mid-shifts and will be a part time position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Operates POS system
Counts and balances cash till before and after shift 
Bags and packs customer purchases with care
Provides exceptional customer service
Collects shopping carts from parking lot and surrounding areas regardless of outside conditions
Stocks and maintains displays 
Maintains clean and organized work area free of hazards
Abides by Westborn Market's time and attendance policy
Keeps a positive and helpful attitude during length of shift 
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Demonstrates basic math skills with and without a calculator
Ability to write legibly and read with comprehension at a level where it applies to this position
Knowledge of current product and codes
